Actually Skipper tends to ignore Private because he considers him weak. But there are times where he listens.
By morality, I mean kindness and pacifism, which skipper conflates all into thinking Private is weak.
Exactly
That does not mean Skipper is inmoral. He has been proven to have some degree of morality. Its not that he dislikes Private for doing good, its that he tends to be tough on him because he is viewd as too pacifistic.
My point. Sometimes pacifism could be better
True. But sometimes violence is neccesary. Now am not saying that Skipper's actions are justifiable though
More than a day of debate. Let's just say each to their own opinion. Besides I like Skipper too.
Ok
Thanks for cooperating
Just to say I'm glad you agree with my point, Crazyfortrains, and thanks both for debating with consideration.
I would have further points and coutnerpoints, but since you don't wish to continue, I'll just support pacifism here.
What do you think?
