92/100 This movie was due for a re-review because I didn’t appreciate Madagascar 2 for the gem it is.

Plot: Alex and his friends leave Madagascar to return to New York City, but the plane crashes so they end up in Africa where Alex reunites with his parents.

Positives:

1. The animation is a big step-up from the previous movie, the characters look less stilted and the backgrounds are gorgeous.

2. The plot is better too, unlike the first movie where it was mainly about Alex and Marty each character is given a sideplot and most of them are executed well.  

3. Speaking of which, I still love all the characters. I loved seeing Alex reconnect with his family, Marty trying to be different from the other zebras were funny, Gloria interacting with Moto was good, and Melman becoming a doctor was great. Zuba was a good character too, he’s a bit of a cliche but I mainly like Bernie Mac’s performance.

4. The Penguins were utilized here better than in the previous movie, most of the comedy actually comes from them. The scenes of them tricking the tourists were hilarious and I loved the segments of them trying to rebuild the plane.

5. The humor is phenomenal, I’m not even joking, there's so many amazing comedic bits such as, the plane crash in the beginning, the fight between Alex and Nana, the Penguins negotiating with Mason and Phil,and Makunga’s comeuppance. 

6. The beginning was pretty interesting, I liked the flashback of young Alex being taught by Zuba only to get kidnapped, it was a really intense scene and it gives a reason for Alex’s claustrophobia in the first movie.

7. Makunga was a decent villain, he’s not very memorable but he did have a lot of funny and entertaining moments, plus seeing Nana beat him up near the end was hilarious.

8. The ending was heartwarming.

Negatives:

1. Some of the sideplots feel very disconnected, such as Marty’s crisis of individuality because it feels very rushed and didn't get as much attention as the other plots. 

2. Even if I liked Makunga he was still a weak villain regardless, the only significant thing he did throughout the movie was trick Alex into fighting Titi so he could become king.

Overall, I love Madagascar 2, I don’t why I thought the first one was better when this one is way funnier and entertaining. The movie is way funnier as you get older because you start to understand the jokes.

I feel like, since there's a separate photos tab on this wiki for pages, we don't need to put a gallery in the photos section. It makes looking through the photos harder. Hello! Im a huge physical media nerd, so i was wondering if anyone knew how much of the penguins of madagascar is available on dvd? I know not all of the episodes probably are because they havent released a full series collection. I was just curious.

10/10 This is another one of my favorite episodes from The Penguins of Madagascar; it’s so funny.

Plot: Private is upset that Peanut Butter Winkies are no longer being made, so he goes on a mission with the other Penguins to get the last box.

Positives:

1. I love the plot; it was nice seeing Private command the other penguins and take initiative.

2. Private was fantastic, the scenes of him commanding Skipper and others were enjoyable, and the scenes of him slowly going insane as the episode went on were hilarious.

3. Skipper, Kowalski, and Rico were great, too. Skipper’s reactions to Private’s leadership were funny, Rico getting hyped on sugar, and trying to eat Kowalski was hilarious too.

4. The jokes were amazing, the scene of Private making random hand signs was funny, Skipper getting mad at Private’s leadership was funny, and the gag of Rico being obsessed with Marshmallow Meow Meows was the highlight of the episode for me.

5. “WHAT!? YOU LET RICO HAVE MARSH MEOW MEOWS!?”

6. The ending was really funny. Rico spitting out Kowalski and Kowalski being traumatized was hilarious.

Overall, this is one of the funniest episodes from the series. The plot was fantastic, seeing Private be the leader and have everything go wrong was hilarious, and the jokes were at their peak. It’s not better than the Hoboken episode, but it’s right under it. I recommend this one a lot.

He is the one who dubbed Melman in the entire Hungarian dub of the Madagascar movies and specials.

8/10 This was a lackluster episode, but I still enjoyed it nonetheless.

Plot: Kowalski, Rico, and Penguin compete to see who can get a kipper for Skipper the quickest.

Positives:

1. The Penguins were enjoyable to watch.

2. The beginning scenes with Kowalski, Rico, and Private getting injured were funny.

3. Officer X was fantastic; the scenes of him chasing the Penguins were entertaining, and the ending where he crashes into a police car was hilarious.

4. The segment of Kowalski, Rico, and Private finding the Kipper at the fish market was great.

Negatives:

1. The ending was pretty bad; I just felt bad for Kowalski, Rico, and Private for how much they suffered here.

2. Most of the episode consists of the Penguins fighting, which gets old after a while.

Overall, this was a great episode, but it’s very repetitive and unfunny at times. It’s one of the weaker ones from Season 3, in my opinion.

10/10 this might be my favorite episode of The Penguins of Madagascar.

Plot: The penguins try to take a vacation, but end up in Hoboken where they come across some of their old foes.

Positives:

1. The plot was good.

2. The penguins were entertaining.

3. The Hoboken segments were amazing. Seeing the villains in previous episodes return was nice, and the scenes of Skipper being paranoid were funny.

4. The lemurs were great too, King Julien being afraid of polka music was hilarious.

5. The Hoboken song was pretty good.

6. The scene of the kids beating up Skipler was funny.

7. The ending was fantastic. The fight between the animals and the robots was decent, and Frances getting arrested was satisfying.

Negatives:

None

Overall, I love this episode. It's funny, entertaining, and never fails to amaze me. There's no other episode that can beat this one in my opinion.
