What's on your mind?
As some of you may have already known, Fandom is rolling out a new version for the wiki platform in which Madagascar Wiki uses, called the Unified Community Platform (UCP). The platform has been rolling out in stages, and recently, Fandom Global Community Lead, Will Kavanagh announced that wikis shall have an opportunity and volunteering to the early migration program for UCP.
After discussing this matter with co-bureaucrat AnnasElephants, we have decided that we shall participate in this project.
However, we would need your help to give your own opinion regarding this matter, whether or not you agree to this decision.
Please voice your opinion in the comment section down below.

Hello, my friends and I have been looking at this website for the past three hours going deeper and deeper into Mort’s backstory. We enjoy it so much and it has brought us closer as friends. Is there any way we can join your community?
Hi all! I have an awesome update regarding the Unified Community Platform (UCP).
As a reminder, the UCP is a new unified platform giving users the up-to-date MediaWiki experience including the latest features! More can be found here as a reminder.
In terms of new updates, Fandom staff posted three staff blogs:
Unified Community Platform: The Vision, Purpose, and Process - This update provides a clearer idea as to the end goals of the platform. This includes mobile editing, latest features, customization options - and more! Mobile editing will be an especially popular addition, given the rising number of mobile users across Fandom.
Creating new wikis on the Unified Community Platform - On March 11, Fandom will allow users to create new communities on the UCP! Users will be able to get a first look at the new platform. The wiki creation process will also aim to prevent duplicate wikis being created, allowing for users to contribute to active communities and be part of a Fandom project viewed by massive amounts of passionate fans!
Profile and Message Wall on the Unified Community Platform - Profiles are getting an update on the UCP, with a cleaner design and also more freedom for users to express themselves. More fields have been added and you can now add a banner image like you can on Twitter and other social media sites. Message Wall is also receiving a lift, getting a cleaner design more in line with Discussions to keep things consistent.
What do you think of these updates? Comment below and feel free to leave questions on those blog posts so staff can respond! :)

I know the movie was cancelled but I can't help but wonder what the plot would have been about. I saw a few theories here and there of the possibility that it would have been about them returning to Madagascar and that does seem to be a logical way to take the plot but what are everyone's thoughts and theories about this?
Didn't know where else to post this since I'm not sure where the Madagascar fandom is nowadays. I grew up with the Madagascar franchise but as much as I love Marty and Alex's friendship (and Gloria and Melman) I got to spend a LOT more time with Skipper, Private, Kowalski, and Rico because of their tv show.
Might be a long shot since we didn't see baby penguins in the flashback of Alex's first arrival at the zoo OR in Alex and co. in the flashback of the Penguin's first arrival. In the first Madagascar movie Skipper doesn't even call Marty or Alex by name so we know they weren't close until after the events of the movie but I'm hoping Dreamworks can sort something out knowing how popular and important my favorite Penguins are to the franchise.
PLUS BABY PENGUINS ARE JUST SO CUTE I NEED THEM.
If the North Wind really helped animals in danger, why couldn't they have stopped DuBois prior to Madagascar 3. All of the heads on her wall makes it obvious that she's been at it for a while. So, where was the North Wind to stop this?
Can we confirm Hector’s age?

I was just wondering, what happened to Skipper's wife, and how did he find her.
My theory, is that she was either in the boat the Penguins stole in 'Madagascar', or hidden somewhere in the plane (or else we would have seen her in AHKJ).
After they went to Monte Carlo, Skipper had her in the hotel with the chimps from Africa. When the zoo animals suddenly arrived, there was no time to go back for her, and she was lost.
I think that she now sits in some officials office or house. When the people noticed that the King of Versailles disappeared in the mayhem, there was an investigation led, thus forcing the officers to check the hotel room. Someone saw the hula girl and took her with them.
What are your thoughts?
The other day I noticed that in Madagascar 2 that hippos walk on two legs, but the Cape buffalo and rhinos walk on four legs. Additionally, the hippos aren't like zebras or giraffes, where they can walk on both two legs, and four legs or have hooves on their arms. They have fingers. Anyone else find this kinda weird?
