Kowalski loves to invent and upgrade things.Unfortunately, his inventions don't always work in the way he intended - sometimes they are great successes, but other times they are out-and-out failures. And sometimes they're a little bit of both.

As well as that, sometimes they are useless at their intended purpose but can be used for another purpose. And as Skipper has pointed out, sometimes they work perfectly, but perform in a way that causes complete havoc...
