The popularity of stuffed Mort dolls causes a jealous Julien to sabotage the toys, and the resulting factory recall puts the real Mort in danger.
King Julien becomes very jealous of the popular Mort dolls he begins to see everywhere. After hearing that Marlene's dolls got recalled, King Julien dumps all of the remaining Mort dolls into the skunk habitat.
The next day everyone complains about the dolls and Alice is forced to package them all up and return them to the toy factory. However, Mort accidentally falls into a box of Mort dolls and is also returned to the toy factory.
The Penguins mail themselves to the factory to save Mort. While scouting out the factory the Penguins believe they are taking enemy fire. It turns out that King Julien mailed himself and has made fresh popcorn. King Julien becomes a hazard to their operation and is ordered to stay out of the way. However, when the Penguins all get stuck on a conveyor belt and almost shredded along with the Mort toys, King Julien comes to their rescue.
Even though a living, moving, blinking, and breathing Private is seen escaping from the factory and emerging from the box in the end of the episode, it turns out that real Private was actually left behind at the factory and replaced with a Private doll.
