The Baobab Tree is the largest tree in the Lemur Kingdom, so a plane crashed into it which was probably a plane which carried tourists to Madagascar since it is written on the plane, "Le TOUR De MADAGASCAR". It serves as the throne room for the kings of the Julien lineage. The audience mostly sees King Julien the 13th using it as his throne room. Right beneath the tree is the Central Kingdom and the huge rock where official events are usually held.
It was only featured in the first 2 films of the Madagascar franchise and the TV Series of the franchise which ended in 2017, All Hail King Julien. However, the baobab tree is portrayed in 3 different ways.
